Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- Engineer Graduate must
- 0-2 years of experience in Procurement. Fresher also okay.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong Business acumen.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & CRM Module.
- Knowledge of market research.
- Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant/Officer or Sourcing Officer/Manager.
- Fluent in Hindi OR Bangla and English (must)
- Must be Mumbai based
- Good at cold calling, data entry, negotiations, followup, liasioning etc.
Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Understanding & implementing in-house CRM.
- Good understanding of customer needs & requirements.
- Partnering with internal & external stakeholders for smooth functioning.
- MIS to be provided to Central Team for further reporting within guidelines.
- Training sellers on SuFin Portal and get Quotations as per the buyer’s requirement.
- Closing sales calls by negotiating with sellers and upselling to buyers.
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
