Roles & Responsibility:-
The selected candidates will be trained in Programming techniques and software application development. After initial training Trainees will be deployed on to regular projects which will help them further refine the skills learned.
- To learn and acquire proficiency in basic training on Perl, Advance Perl (OOP), DB (Msql), CGI, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Jquery, Bootstrap, etc.
- Training would be monitored by test and open-ended questions from the Leads and one would be required to give consistent results on the same

- Full commitment to the ongoing training and maintain and manage the protocol
- The Product training would be given and it needs to be grasped and absorbed successfully
- After the successful completion of the training, a sample project is given based on the technologies they have learned during the training.
- A team would be allotted and the Team Lead would allocate the task and to update their daily task to their TL / PM.
- Develop an approach to clear their doubts on Technology or Product front by asking and seeking help from the internal team
- Meticulous in the work, and ability to work on deadlines, good organization skills, an eye to detailing are some basic approaches need to maintain
- Taking self-initiatives for constant knowledge enhancements
