– Achieving monthly sales targets leading to revenue generation.
– Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
– Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
– Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales
– Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary
– Well versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call.
– Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
– Achieving the targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment.
– Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc.
