Education:- Graduates or Diploma holders with at least 15 years of education

Experience:-

Minimum six months of work experience in a related field is required.
Experience in Insurance organizations, Banks shall be preferred.

Knowledge and skills (general and technical):-

Good Computer navigation skills

Job Description:- Insurance Associate – EP–UMS Report & UMS No History Associate

AM for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support.
Manager for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the AM and monthly evaluation of performance.
Agents for the purpose of seeking cooperation & clarification on process-related matters & providing assistance and support when required.
Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of work thread-related issues and escalated transactions.
QCA for the purpose of feedback and audit.
Trainers for the purpose of Pre-process and Process training

Job Responsibilities:-

Support Knowledge Transfer – Learn the process, SOP documentation, Performance measurement, Reporting, Quality support
Regular reporting / Root cause analysis / Query analysis, generating Training Need Analysis
Conducting New Hire Training for the process certified in; Govern and support other processes
Manage Performance for the New Hires during Learning Curve
Manage, maintain and disseminate updates for the process
Conduct monthly SKT’s and refresher for the Team & Bottom performers
Manage and update training content basis updates
