Educational Qualifications Required:- Bachelor’s Degree

Skills Required:-

• Industry experience with focus on Finance/Controller background
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrable leadership qualities with a strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Ability to plan and execute against tight timeframes
• Strong organizational skill and strategic thinking
• Analytical mind-set and good problem-solving skills with a willingness to drill through to the root cause of issues

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:- The role will include the following involvement and responsibilities:

• Preparation of daily controls and resolution of breaks
• Preparation of the daily currency hedge for review and submission to Treasury
• Support Treasury and various Controller groups with issues and requests related to daily hedging activity
• Escalation of significant issues and proposed resolutions
• Preparation of month end substantiation to ensure adequacy in 3Rs system for applicable Net Revenue and Balance Sheet Accounts
• > Project/Ad hoc Responsibilities:
• Infrastructure setup and account maintenance work including opening accounts and ensuring account attributes are appropriately setup to ensure balances feed through the hedging workflow correctly
• Support for key renovation work and other initiatives to enhance processes and workflows
• Interaction with Corporate Treasury, Operations, IT, and other key finance groups; frequent interaction with global Treasury Capital Markets controller teams as needed.
