Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• 0 – 1 Year of experience with qualifications Bsc / BCA / BE / MCA 
• Knowledge of RDMBS concepts.
• Knowledge of Data Base Administration activities and DB scripting.
• Good Knowledge of SQL. 
• Good Communication skills.
• Strong attitude to enhance skills through collaboration with Peers and Teams.
• Any Computer training certification is desirable.
• Should be willing to work in USA shifts on a regular basis 

Roles & Responsibilities:-

MRI Software is seeking an Application Administrator I will be part of the India support team operating from the Bangalore location and also part of the Global Support team spread across USA, UK, SA, NZ, and Aus.

• Perform day-to-day operation and maintenance of SaaS applications.
• Configure, maintain, and support MRI applications using Microsoft Windows, and Oracle.
• Validate, correct, and maintain database backups.
• Install new software releases, patches, and system upgrades.
• Create, update, audit, and modify documentation as required.
