Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- 0 – 1 Year of experience with qualifications Bsc / BCA / BE / MCA
- Knowledge of RDMBS concepts.
- Knowledge of Data Base Administration activities and DB scripting.
- Good Knowledge of SQL.
- Good Communication skills.
- Strong attitude to enhance skills through collaboration with Peers and Teams.
- Any Computer training certification is desirable.
- Should be willing to work in USA shifts on a regular basis
Roles & Responsibilities:-
MRI Software is seeking an Application Administrator I will be part of the India support team operating from the Bangalore location and also part of the Global Support team spread across USA, UK, SA, NZ, and Aus.
- Perform day-to-day operation and maintenance of SaaS applications.
- Configure, maintain, and support MRI applications using Microsoft Windows, and Oracle.
- Validate, correct, and maintain database backups.
- Install new software releases, patches, and system upgrades.
- Create, update, audit, and modify documentation as required.
