Qualifications and Skills Required:-

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in talent acquisition or human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

Looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join the HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management, working closely with seasoned professionals to support our hiring processes and improve our talent acquisition strategies.

• Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and managing job boards.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Help with the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating introductory sessions.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including preparing reports and handling correspondence.
