Roles and Responsibilities:-
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience to develop their HR skills and gain valuable experience in the field.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain HR databases and employee files
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including conducting orientations and preparing termination documents
- Provide support for HR-related activities, such as performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Participate in HR projects as assigned
