β’ Background in consulting firm or Experience in valuations of Real estate, Business or Plant & Machinery is ideal.
β’ Candidates with ability to read engineering drawings, understanding of financial Modelling and excel, good presentation skills and appreciate building bylaws/master plans.
Essential / Pre-Requisite:- Good report writing ability, interpersonal and communication skills with positive and flexible attitude.
Degree and Streams: BE/B.Tech with Civil Engineering
Target Batch: 2020
Eligibility Criteria: Min. 70%/7 CGPA in 10th, 12th and BE/B.Tech
