Job Position:- ASSOCIATE ENGINEER
Location:- Noida, Uttar Pradesh -India
Expereince Required :– 0 to 2 years
Qualification:-
- You need to have a BE/B. Tech/ MCA or Equivalent degree
- We are looking for someone with 0-2 years of industry experience working in a technical support role, providing in-depth troubleshooting and diagnostics to the issue reported by customers/clients. Developing and/or debugging customer’s application code
- To do this job, you must have proficiency in programming skills (C/C++, Java or .Net), understanding of DBMS with SQL, OS layers and Networking. Troubleshooting skills for complex OS (Windows is a must and MAC/Linux will be added advantage)
- We would like someone to join our team who has excellent communication and organizationalskills. Team player with strong analytical, logical and customer focused approach
- It would be preferred if you have knowledge on webservers, web-services and virtual environments
Responsibilities :-
- Primary support liaison between company and customer, conveys customer feedback to product development and management staff
- Recommends solution and workaround to encounteredproblems and advises the customer on integration of the same
- Responsible for managing customer expectations and providing cross-functional escalation and communication as required
- Identify, Troubleshoot and Document issues consistently and clearly using group tools (CRM and KB)
- Will own the issues that require help from other groups such as Engineering, Product Management, Orders, Fulfillment and Sales etc. This includes communicating with the customer per agreed SLA “service level agreement”
