Must Have Skills & Experience:-

• Skills:- AWS, Git, Linux, Jira, GSuite
• Knowledge of GSuite/JIRA administration/Skype/Slack
• Knowledge of Cloud Services (AWS/GCP)
• Knowledge of browser functions (cookies, sessions, extensions etc)
• Strong remote troubleshooting skills on Linux, Windows, MacOS
• Knowledge of Network services (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SFTP, SSH, Telnet etc)
• Familiar with SCM tools like Git
• Familiarity with security tools like OpenVAS would be a plus

• To participate in the user on and off boarding process
• To Manage SaaS tools used in the organization and streamline processes around the same
• To provide IT support (resolve issues related to providing access to tools and user roles)
