Technical skills:-
- Must have practiced on programming languages – Java / PhP / Python
- Must be able to develop Algorithms and implement the Data structures
- Should have good level of understading of Software development process (SDLC)
- Shall have strong knowledge on Database concepts and Normalization
- Must be able to work on Linux environment and develop shell script
- Should be able to work on GUI designing using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Must have good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge on Java frameworks like, Struts, Spring, Hibernate will be a plus
- Knowledge on PHP frameworks and CMS like, Zend, Laravel, WordPress, Drupal, Zoomla will be an added advantage
- Knowledge on Mobile application development frameworks like Android SDK, or iOS SDK will be an added advantage
