Salary Package:- Minimum 7 LPA (During Probation/Training Period Fixed + Variable 12000-15000/month)
Probation/Training Period:- 6 months
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Course specialization: B.tech(CS/IT), M.tech
- Academic % Criteria 10th,12th, Graduation (if any) : Graduate or pursuing bachelors
- Desired experience :0-1 year
- Target batch Passouts: 2022,2023
Skills Required:-
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies
- Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and other design tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take direction and constructive criticism
Responsibilities:-
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand user needs and create user-centered designs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Help maintain and update the company’s design system and style guide
- Contribute to the design and development of new features and redesign of existing interfaces
