- Graduate in any stream
- Experience: 0 – 3 years
- Applicants are required to have a full 15-year educational background, specifically following the 10+2+3 format.
- This includes successful completion of Secondary, Higher Secondary, and a 3-year Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent written communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Strong persuasion & sales aptitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of prior experience in sales/chat support. Telecom Billing is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Role & responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- -Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about telecom services and products.
- – Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Upselling:
- -Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services during customer interactions.
- – Effectively communicate the benefits of upgraded services or packages to customers, aiming to meet sales targets.
- – Process Adherence:
- – Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- – Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- – Collaboration:
- – Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- – Participate in daily meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- – Performance Metrics:
- – Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including NPS and sales targets.
- – Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and customer.
Notes:
- Flexibility: Willing to work in night shift. (2 Way Cab & Shift allowance will be provided.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Flexible to work from office (5 days)
