Academic Eligibility Criteria:-

Radical Technologies is looking for candidates who are trained in skills like Java, Python, Automation testing and meet the below eligibility criteria.

Minimum of 60%/First Class or equivalent in SSC, HSC, Diploma (in case done) and Graduation (BE/B.Tech) /Post-Graduation(MCA/M.Sc (Comp Science))
Engineering streams – Comp Science, IT, Comp Engineering, Electronics, E&TC, Communication, Electrical and Electronics
Passed out in 2020 or 2021
Not more than 1 year gap since SSC and that too not after joining a course. Means, no loss of academic year after joining a course.

Selection Process:-

Candidates meeting the academic eligibility will only be invited for the on-line Aptitude Test, English Essay/Story, Technical Test, Psychometric test, Technical and HR Interviews with each of these acting as filter for next stage on selection process.

Bond and Compensation – Engineering Stream:-

Candidate will be on probation for 3 months with a CTC of INR 2.60 L/Annum
On completion of probation, candidate will be offered a CTC of INR 3.25 L/ Annum
Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory period of service of 2 years from date of joining the company
