Required Qualification, Experience & Competencies:-
- CS Executive/Professional Qualified from ICSI
- LLB/LLM from top tier Law Schools/Universities
- Excellent Academic records
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Self-Motivated and ownership of tasks assigned.
- Flexible and practical approach to work
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Should have an excellent understanding of laws and compliances.
- Should have all that it takes to succeed in a startup environment flexibility, ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure, and a high level of ownership
Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing and compliance related to Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings, viz. Agenda, Minutes, Notices, Resolutions, etc. of group entities;
- Assistance in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and vetting all the contracts, subcontracts and letters, in collaboration with the various business spocs and the legal head department;
- Co-ordination with various internal, external departments for data/ information required;
- Co-ordination with various internal, external departments and stakeholders for data/ information and clarification required for the closure of contracts and compliances;
- Ensuring Company Secretarial Compliances including SEBI, Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards and such other compliances as may be applicable to the Company from time to time;
- Assistance in matters related to IPR registration and renewals on a timely manner;
- Compliance Updates, Legal Research, Data Protection – GDPR/PDPA, Litigation, IPR’s, etc.
