Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Headhunt and pro-actively recruit experienced candidates for various positions within Solugenix.
• Responsible for End to End Recruitment (Permanent/Contractual).
• Screen incoming resumes/CVs
• Conduct in person interviews
• Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Job Portals, Database, Social networking sites, alternate mediums to search, Employee references etc.
