Sopra Steria is hiring Graduate fresher’s (Preferably Non tech Graduate’s)/Experienced candidates with good spoken & Verbal communication for International blended customer service role.
BPS Customer Service / Customer Handling experience, Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), Excellent computer proficiency, Comfortable with 24/7 working environment / Comfortable with Flexible-offs
Adept in MS Office (XL/Word)
Should have cleared the Typing test with accuracy as detailed below:

Your Roles and Responsibilities:-

Manage both incoming and outgoing contact to and from our customers using all available methods of contact (email/letters)
Work actively as a team to achieve a top quartile position and performance is achieved consistently
Help manage and support all aspects of customer’s queries from move homes, billing, payment plan to meter exchange/exceptions
Help to support our continuous improvement & reduction in repeat contact (unwanted, wanted and associated complaints) month on month by ensuring timely processing of work with quality
Ensure Sopra Steria is delivering a first class customer service through proactive communication & resolution to customer queries
