- Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience in selling logistics solutions will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail

Job Description & Responsibilities:-
SuperProcure is looking for an Operations executive who will be responsible for smooth functioning and can facilitate the onboarding and implementation process and will have a keen eye for detail.
- Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.
- Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.
- Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails.
- Monitoring gaps in user adoption and making reports on the same.
