Tech Mahindra Supercoders Hiring Challenge:-

TechM invites all 2022 and 2023 passed out candidates who have strong analytical, logical, problem-solving skills and passionate about coding to participate in the TechM Supercoder Hiring Challenge. Top performers may get an opportunity to work with TechM. The complete details about Tech Mahindra Supercoders Hiring Challenge are as follows.

Eligibility Criteria:-

  • Candidate should have scored min. of 70% or 7 CGPA (Without Rounding-up) in SSC/10th, HSC/12th/Diploma (in case done), Graduation (BE/B.Tech), Post-Graduation in MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science/IT).
  • Eligible Courses –
    • BE/B.Tech – Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/E&C/E&TC/Telecom/ Communication/Electronics/Information Science/Mechanical/EEE/Electrical
    • MCA/M.Sc – Computer Science/IT
  • Candidate must have completed graduation/post-graduation in the year 2022 or 2023.
  • Candidate should have Consolidated Marksheet or Provisional Degree Certificate issued.
  • There should not be a gap of more than one year after completing SSC and before joining the graduate/post-graduate course. Also, there should not be a loss of academic year after joining a course.

Details of the Role:-

As an associate software engineer, you will be working in a team and on diverse projects. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong analytical, logical, problem solving and technical skills. You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with the clients. You must be flexible enough and ready to work in an agile environment including shifts.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Continuously learn and improve skills as per business need
  • Deliver the assigned project tasks within the given time frame
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver tasks
  • Analyze the given requirement carefully and devise a solution
  • Handle customer calls and responses
  • Contribute to technical design document if need be
  • Work independently when required
  • Perform tasks with attention to detail and strive for the highest standards
  • Attend or conduct meetings/workshops
  • Contribute to organization initiatives

The Supercoder Hiring Challenge consists of the following rounds:

  • Round 1: Candidates will take a 30-minute challenge comprising of 30 questions covering Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English and Grammar.
  • Round 2: Candidates shortlisted from Round 1 will undergo an advanced aptitude and coding round.
  • Round 3: Candidates shortlisted from Round 2 will go for face-to-face Technical and HR interviews at TechM offices

Supercoder Hiring Challenge Structure:

  • Test Structure:
    • The test consists of three sections: Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Ability.
    • Each section contains 10 multiple-choice questions.
    • You are required to attempt all questions within the allocated time frame of 30 minutes.
  • Time Allocation:
    • It is recommended to spend approximately 10 minutes on each section.
    • Please manage your time wisely to ensure you have sufficient time to complete all sections.
  • Test Duration:
    • The total duration of the test is 30 minutes.
    • The timer will start as soon as you begin the test and will not pause or reset.
