Job Description & Skill Set Required:–
– Languages: Excellent English, Hindi (Mandatory)
– Work Timings: 9 :00 AM to 8:00 PM (Sundays week offs)
– As the part of the responsibility, you shall be the voice of the Robert Bosch Honda services.
– Exceptional customer service to all enquiries, Emails.
– Being polite, flexible and accommodating in efficiently handle large call volume
– Achieve and Maintain a consistent image of the service through performance and service orientation
– Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations to achieve customer delight.
