Roles & Responsibilities:-

Unthinkable is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Onsite Coordinator to train school staff on our ERP platform and manage its operations.

• Provide thorough training to school staff on the usage and features of the ERP platform.
• Offer continuous handholding support to users to facilitate the adoption and effective use of the platform.
• Resolve user queries and issues promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain active communication and coordination with the head office to convey user feedback, challenges, and suggestions.
• Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments from allocated clients.
• Strive to achieve upsell and cross-sale targets within the assigned client base.
• Focus on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
