Description :-

• The IT Graduate Development Program is an entry-level program designed to provide recent college graduates with an opportunity to work in challenging environments while learning how our organization provides complete transport solutions.
• Applicants must have successfully completed degree in 2018, 2019, or no later than June 2020.

Qualification and Requirements :-

• B.E/ B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Engineering science, Computer science or equivalent
• A passion for IT
• Maximum two years previous working experience prior to, or after graduation
• Solid English skills
• Valid work permit for the country to which you apply
• Interest in working on .NET/WPF development, MVC or COTS solutions
• Keen to work on Application Development, customization, configuration and optimization of In-House Developed or COTS applications
• Has exposure to C#, .NET/.NET Core framework, MS SQL, SSRS
• Exposure to latest technologies (AI & ML, Analytics, UX etc.) will be an added advantage
• Willingness to learn Product Cost, Resource and Schedule Management lifecycles
• Ability to translate theoretical insight (needs of the customer) to practical advice (requirements & solutioning)
• Critical Thinking & Complex Problem Solving skills
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Microsoft technologies in the web and/or windows environments
