Job Position:- Associate Analyst – Strategic Services

Location:- Gurgaon

Experience Required:- 0 – 2 years of work experience

Required Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 0 – 2 years of work experience in Procure to Pay operations
• Exposure to SAP, Ariba and other Procurement systems would be ideal.
• Proficient in Excel

Responsibilities:-

• Creation, Modification and closure of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP MM /SAP Ariba.
• Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or invoices.
• PO Corrections/Revisions (Review & Revise due to quantity changes, cancelled projects)
• Process PO’s resulting from damaged shipments for cross dock fixtures into consolidated warehouses
• Monitor Team Inboxes for Requests
• Review & process checkout/pre-possession needs in SAP 
• Support/Process Disaster Recovery Project Orders
• Review/Maintain Initiative order guides
• Pull & reconcile daily project change information
• Upload Prep Schedule
• Gather order data (trait, scope, print, count items)
• Evaluation for supplier assignment
• Evaluate Store Planning Scopes / Notify Suppliers to Quote
• Download and process requests from Service Channel
• Process PO’s resulting from damaged shipments for cross dock fixtures into consolidated warehouses
