Key Roles and Responsibilities:-

To perform the first level legal review of a carrier contract/non-disclosure agreement/business associate agreement between a WTW entity and carrier/client/vendor

• Perform Legal review (carrier contract/non-disclosure agreement/business associate agreement between a WTW entity and carrier/client/vendor) and recommend amendments to contracts/agreements as per agreed guidelines
• Provide comparisons between differing Contracts (Insurance Agency Agreements / Producer Agreements / Broker Agreements)
• Liaise with peers from Mumbai/US/UK to ensure all aspects of legal review are addressed
• Maintain records of communication with all parties, including changes made in the contracts/agreements (Insurance Agency Agreements / Producer Agreements / Broker Agreements)
• Work as per compliance requirements of the organization
• Extreme focus on quality with the understanding of the financial/legal implications
• Consistently meet service levels agreed with all relevant parties involved in the Contract Review process
• Escalate errors to the Lead
• Active participation in all interactions (Team huddles, stakeholder discussions, etc.)
