Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• Graduates are eligible to apply, but postgraduates are not
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with MS Excel/Spreadsheet & PowerPoint/Slides
• Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately.
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity.
• Basic understanding of online maps and their uses for navigation and information
• Familiarity with Google/Apple Maps would be added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Associate will work on multiple short- and long-term map projects. Must be able to adapt to new projects
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to deadlines and strive for productivity and efficiency without compromising on quality
• Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems
• Willing to work in shift based on work schedule and should be flexible working in night shift.
• Willing to work from office
• Excellent English communication is Mandate
