Required Qualifications & Skills:-

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

• Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with our customers through effective communication via email, phone calls, and other channels.
• Customer Support: Assist in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and share insights with the team.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Wizikey’s products and services to effectively guide customers on how to maximize their benefits.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition into using our services.
• Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the appropriate teams for product and service enhancements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
