Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• Will graduate in 2023 or 2024
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English .
• Good knowledge in MS office specially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basics in OS concepts / Linux/Unix Systems administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris, etc)
• Programming / scripting experience (Python, Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
• Basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS) /Database
• Exposure to Cloud computing

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

• Learn, support, and use ground-breaking technologies like Azure, GCP and AWS.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers’ individual needs
• Work on critical, highly complex problems documentation.
• Leverage your day-to-day experience to provide the voice of the customer to internal teams on how to improve our services
• Work with technical team assist to write the SOP, SMTD and KB for technical support experience.
• Support Areas:
  • Cloud computing- Azure, GCP and AWS
  • Networking (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, VLAN, etc.)
  • OS (Linux and/or Windows Servers)
  • Virtualization (VMware)
  • Security concepts
