Qualifications & Skills Required:-

What you will bring to the Team:

• A professional with an educational background as minimum Graduate.
• Good insurance knowledge
• Prior exposure (1 to 2 Years) to International voice Insurance Process (preferred)
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be an excellent communicator (oral and written) and possess strong facilitation skills.
• Must be a problem solver and be able to work independently
• Shift Flexibility (European time zone, up to 12 am IST). Shifts can be rotated on an ongoing basis
• Proficiency in MS Office

What you will be doing:

• Handling queries/requests over call/email with brokers or policy holders for personal line insurance products (starting with life insurance)
• Carry out periodic accounting controls and create the associated reports
• Checking and processing the commission runs
