- Good Knowledge of basic networking skills.
- Good Knowledge in Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance of WindowsΒ servers.
- Knowledge of System administration tasks.
- Good troubleshooting skills to manage system hardware, network, and operating system problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives and projects.
- Good Voice Support experience
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge in ServiceNow ticketing tools is an added advantage.
