Duties and Responsibilities:-

You would be working as part of the Marketing Services team to provide digital support across the Project cycle for projects in the Engineering & Technology sectors in the B2B space.

• Work with Project teams to build and enhance program specific datasets of Accounts / contacts / other attributes / etc. in CRM from multiple sources
• Building & managing database of prospects, customers, resources in CRM (we use Zoho CRM)
• Digital campaigns using email & social media marketing in coordination with team
• CRM data enhancement and update from published data, social media & field feedback

The role is based at the office in Andheri E, Mumbai. Requisite Product / Solution, Domain, Process & Communication Training will be provided.
