Job Profile:–

• Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
  
• Understanding Zoho products from business, as well as technology standpoint, in order to offer the best solution for the customer.
  
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in person, via telephone calls and over emails.
  
• Advising customers on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
  
• Responding to customer queries over telephone and email.
  
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
  
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

Note: Registration link will be deactivated on Monday, the 10th Feb 2020 by 2.00 PM. Call letters will be sent to the registered and suitable candidates along with the details for the interview process.
