Job Profile:–
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
- Understanding Zoho products from business, as well as technology standpoint, in order to offer the best solution for the customer.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in person, via telephone calls and over emails.
- Advising customers on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Responding to customer queries over telephone and email.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
