Job Description:-
- Supporting Zycus Products and troubleshooting issues on production environment
- Monitoring
- Upgrade of Applications like Jboss/Tomcat
- Maintenance of Application servers, web servers
- Work in all shifts (morning, afternoon and night). Weekend shifts applicable on requirement basis.
- Knowledge of Linux Commands
- Knowledge of Databases like SQL/MYSQL/Oracle
- Knowledge on programming and scripting would be an advantage. β Not mandatory
Requirements:-
Incumbent After training will grow in any of the following aspects: (May include 24×7 support)
- Site Reliability Team (Includes biweekly rotational shifts*)
- Deployment Team
- Configuration and Build Engineer
- Information Technology Team β Linux
- Integration Support Team
(*) = All the Site Reliability Team members would work inΒ weekly rotational shifts. Which are
- 6 AM to 3 PM
- 12 PM to 9PM
- 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- 3 PM to 12 AM
- 8:00PM to 5:00 AM
Note forΒ Site Reliability Team: for Weekend support (once on 2nd or 3rd Saturday / Sunday) twice the normal day salary, + comp off in case of festivals support.
