Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- Diploma Holders /Undergraduates / Graduates in any stream
- Freshers with no experience
- Skills: Communication, Creative, Analytical, Negotiation, Organizational, Goal focused.
- Excellent command on English
- BPO/Lead Gen experienced candidates preferred
- Willing to work from the office
- Willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational Shift)
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Aasa Technologies is looking for dynamic and creative individuals who are willing to learn and grow in the field of lead generation.
- Contact Discovery through Professional networking and professional websites.
- Pre-Sales, Cold Calling and Lead Generation.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies
- Focus on achieving the targets defined and assigned.
