Qualification :-
路 Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA with an aggregate of 65%
路 Excellent oral and written communication skills
路 Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
路 Self-starter who is excited about technology
路 Troubleshooting / Support experience
Preferred Qualifications:–
路 Basics in OS concepts / Linux/Unix Systems administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris, etc)
路 Programming / scripting experience (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
路 Basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS) /Database
路 Exposure to Cloud computing
