Job Description and Responsibilities:-

The candidate is expected to work independently in their assigned territory.

  • To identify new customers for our Industrial Air range of products in the assigned territory.
  • To work upon assigned leads and convert the same to business
  • Have a solution centric mindset
    • Understand and assess the pain point of customer in totality
    • explore all opportunities available for Atlas Copco products
    • define best and alternative solution with Value based proposals
    • Convert the opportunities to Order and exceed customer expectation with professional approach
  • Attend and follow Sales/product and Soft skill trainings for providing best performance in the sales field
  • Meeting our existing customers to understand their current and future requirement for maintaining 100% customer share.
  • Working in close coordination with our dealers in assigned territory to achieve desired results and sales objectives. And futher adding new channels of distribution based on market potential as per IAT divisional strategy

Hold product presentations for all kind of customers

  • Responsible for market share growth & sales volumes.
  • Having good acumen in commercial terms and conditions.
  • Sales Reporting – All sales related reporting will be through SAP based C4C
  • Gathering market intelligence in the assigned territory and report regularly to the management for any special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and evaluation of competition developments.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards (The way we do things), while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer
