• Effective communication, including questioning skills
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Knowledge of Swift messages, currencies / cut-offs.
• Ability to complete or advise on completion of high volume routine/non-routine tasks and prioritise accordingly
• Achieving high standards and delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of related risk and audits
• Basic knowledge of Excel, word & PowerPoint)
• Ability to comprehend given set of instructions and apply the same for day to day transaction processing
• Familiarity with procedures, policies, products and services of a financial organisation
• Ability to work within deadlines/customer demand

• Must have knowledge of different Schemes, Channels, and policies
• Knowledge of Swift messages, currencies/cut-offs, etc.
• Should have a familiarity about EPA, Swift messages, and applications used like EPA, GPP UK, GPP Europe, Swiftref, SOLD, Full serve.
• Must have payment processing knowledge in different departments in GPP Europe.
• Detailed knowledge about MT103 and MT202 instructions.
• Cover matching knowledge is required for the role.
• Ability to complete or advise on completion of high volume routine/non-routine tasks and prioritize accordingly
• Knowledge of related risk and audits
• Demonstrate experience in workflow/queues management
• Working knowledge of Payments Systems and Procedures
