Qualifications Required:- B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical

Skills Required:-

• Having hands on experience in design calculations – Thermal, Flow, Structure
• Hands on experience in MATLAB simulation
• Knowledge on plastic & sheet metal parts design and manufacturing process
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques involving injection molding, press tools, post-processing techniques.
• Experience in preparing/maintaining Bill of materials
• Good knowledge in plastic and sheet metal material selection.
• Experience in 2D / 3D assembly drawing preparation
• Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up
• Ability to interact with Cross functional teams
• Hands on experience in design of components, Assemblies & BoM
