Job Position:- Business Development Associate
Job Location:- Bengaluru, Karnataka
CTC :- Rs. 10 Lakhs (Rs.7 Lakhs {Fixed pay} and Rs. 3 Lakhs {Performance/Variable pay}Rs. 3 Lakhs (for first 3 months of training) after which Rs. 10 lpa
(Note :- Note- 10,00,000 will be your salary after you complete your training period of 3 months during which the CTC is 3+3 (fixed and variable). Even if you have 4+ years of experience you will have to go through the training period with 23k as you fixed salary for the first three months. So if your not willing don’t apply.)
Working Days:-5 days work
- Must have requirements:–
1. Should be a graduate (any graduate is okay).
2. Should be passionate about sales.

1. Effective Communication and quick wittedness.
2. Should be highly energetic and enthusiastic.
3. Must have keen interest in education and mentoring students.
4. Prior experince in sales and business development is an add on.
5. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

2. 300 best performers for each quarter (every 3 months) are taken on a 5 days fully paid international trip.

Job Description :-
- This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU’s unique way of learning in your city.
- Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU’s unique way of learning and convert them into premium subscribers in your designated zones.
- Your Daily schedule as follows:-
Day Location Task
Wednesday Office Make calls,Book appointments
Thursday Office Make calls,Book appointments
Friday Office Make calls,Book appointments
Saturday Field Meet booked appointments, onspot sales
Sunday Field Meet booked appointments, onspot sales
Monday Home Netflix and Chill
Tuesday Home Netflix and Chill
Important Note :–
1.You will have weekly targets to achieve, consistent failure to achieve them will obviously result in job cancellation, thats not a surprise. Go big or go Home! (to be honest its easy)
2. This is a high-performance job for someone who wants to make it large, take big risks and continiously challenge themselves.
3. Byjus’s require high intent, extreme determination and hard work which will be most certainly rewarded.
4. Byju’s is somewhat still a start-up, so you will have more oppertunities to be recognised than elsewhere (if you are honest to your work).
