Responsibilities of the Position:-

• Identify underlying problems by analyzing data and research
• Work closely with sales/marketing/ tech/ content/ training and product design to solve identified problems.
• Constantly improve important metrics through right interventions.
• Build SOPs required to run and scale operations within and outside the designated function
• Project Management – Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to resolve issues affecting the delivery of customer expectations
• Track and provide regular status updates on project deliverables and progress to all stakeholders
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business functions, project stakeholders and senior leadership team
