- Experience in IT recruitment.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions and be responsive to feedback.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Must be able to meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- Must be proactive with the ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity.

The Role
Gameopedia is looking for a talented and passionate HR executive to help drive our next growth phase. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with end to end recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, creating and posting jobs on various portals, screening CVs, interview management, employee onboarding, etc.
- Employee management and engagement.
- Hosting recruitment events and participating in job fairs.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify future staffing needs.
- Developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Creating and distributing internal communications.
- Maintaining employee personnel records.
- Assisting with planning, coordinating, and running company events as needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all HR related business items/documents.
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and providing assistance.
