Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Software Tester with expertise in manual & automated testing.
- Strong proficiency in Python and .NET technologies for test automation.
- Experience with test automation frameworks like PyTest, NUnit, or TestNG.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Description & Responsibilities:-
1. Manual Testing:
- Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements.
- Execute manual tests to identifydefects and ensure software functionality meets specified requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to address and resolve identified defects.
2. Automated Testing:
- Design, develop, and maintainautomated test scripts using Python and .NET technologies.
- Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
3. Regression Testing:
- Conduct regression testing to validatenew software releases and updates.
- Automate regression test suitesto minimizemanual effort and expedite the testing process.
4. Defect Management:
- Report and track defects using issue tracking systems, ensuring timelyresolution.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing to validatedefect resolutions.
5. Performance Testing:
- Collaborate with performance engineers to design and execute performance tests.
- Analyze performance test results and identifyperformance bottlenecks.
- Assist in performance tuning and optimization efforts.
6. Test Documentation:
- Maintain accurateand up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Provide clear and concise test reports and status updates to stakeholders.
