Salary Package:- Upto 3.5 LPA
Qualifications and Skills Required:-
- Any Graduate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience Required: minimum 6 months to 2 years
- Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.
- Very comfortable with navigating and using the Internet.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude
- The ability to clearly and effectively communicate
- The ability to comprehend in simple and precise manner Sentence construction and cohesion
- Grammatical Skills – Knowledge and ability to use proper Punctuations, Sentences , Tenses and statement
Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Timely deliver different project’s data at the highest possible quality standard.
- Quickly learn new project requirements.
- Help design processes for QA of entered data.
- Communicate and participate on project forums.
- Optimize existing processes, and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes.
- Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction and help drive programs to improve numbers.
Shift Timings: 9 am to 6pm (should be flexible to work in rotational shift as well)
Free Allowance:
- Noida:- Project Allowance of 5000 INR and No Transport or Meal.
- Gurgaon:- Free Cab and Food available (Cab availability depends on your location coverage).
