• Experience: Freshers / Experienced
• Strong Inter-personal & communication skills
• Data analysis & reporting  
• Great customer handling skills
• Great Command on written & verbal communication
• Ability to take the pressure & respond gently to customer phone calls & mails
• Candidate from Hotel background preferred with rich experience of hospitality.
• Someone who worked on CRM, Lead Capturing, after sales service.
• Team leader & capable to manage an agency or respective stakeholders

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

The role be handling the ORM & CRM part of ITC Digital Food Services, across all brands & also creates templates for data collections. In phase-2 she will also assets the mechanisms to automate the entire process for quick grievance handling. The equivalent ITC job level will be M7 in L6 Band

• Repeat customer rate: Customer who repeat transacted / Customer who transacted.
• Average Sales Value: Total Sales value / Number of customers  
• Churn Rate: No of Churned customers / Total No of Customers
• Total New leads created
• New Leads by source
• Total Opportunities created
• Sales by Acquisition sources
• Referral Rates: No of referred orders / No of total orders
• Total Email + Calls + SMS
• Response Rate of SMS/ Calls/ Emails
