Salary Package:- Fixed + Variable Stipend-25K to 35K per month based on your experience
Probation/Training Period:- 3 months
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Education Required: B.Tech/B.E., MBA
- Target batch Passouts: 2021-2023
- 0-2 Years of Relevant work experience in Sales (mandatory)
Skill Set Required:-
- Individual with outstanding English communication skills (written & verbal), Interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Sense of ownership/accountability.
- Good knowledge of computer science or engineering is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing (Content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, etc) is a big plus.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Profiling of leads basis their interests and qualifying them based on eligibility for our various offerings over phone calls and emails
- Asking potential customers questions to ascertain their potential needs
- Managing sales process and working on CRM
- Identifying new channel partners/business networking
- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks.
- Conducting website research or gathering information through various tools.
- Updating documents and sales records
- Reviewing sales performance
- Observing and carrying out sales processes10. Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions. 11. Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.
- Work on strategies to increase digital sales
