- PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficiency with the internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other software.
- Able to read and understand a terminal screen and printed reports.
- Neat and legible handwriting.

Accountabilities & Essential Functions:-
- Performs data entry using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet or database commands, and formats material as required.
- Review discrepancies in data received request clarification or advises supervisor of issues related to data, and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
- May interact with departmental and/or other staff on matters affecting data and makes recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection, and retrieval.
- Files, keep records, and prepares/transmits/sorts/distributes facsimiles, mail, e-mail, and reports as needed.
- Perform quality work within deadlines.
- Interact professionally with other employees.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
- Other duties as assigned.
