Salary Package:- 4.8 lakhs to 5 lakhs per annum (Stipend- 22-25k)
Probation/Training Period:- 4 months
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Course specialization: B.tech(CS/IT), M.tech
- Academic % Criteria 10th,12th, Graduation (if any): Good academic record
- Target batch Passouts :2021-2023
- Desired experience: Freshers
Technical Skills Required:-
- At least 0-2 yrs. experience with the following or willingness to learn:
o Front-end: Angular 2+, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
o Back-end: C#, MS SQL, AutoFac, Repository pattern.
o Database: SQL, stored procedures
o Others: ASP.NET MVC, REST, Microsoft Azure.

Interview Process:-
- Step 1 – Online Aptitude test and Personality Test – Duration of 45 mins and 30 mins)
Shortlisted People move to Step 2 - Step 2 – Home Assignment (can take anywhere from 3 days – 15 days, depending on which assignment – Angular, C#/.Net or SQL and what is their current knowledge level)
To check learnability and skill levels
Shortlisted People move to Step 3 - Step 3 – Technical Test in our supervision in office or remote (with video and screen share)
Shortlisted People move to Step 4 - Step 4 – Technical Interview with video and screen share
Shortlisted People move to Step 5 - Step 5 – In person HR round for offer discussion.
