– Customer Relationship Management
– To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned.
– Quality assessment.
– Service offering improvement and continuous quality assessment.
– Operations and Reporting
– Service delivery planning and execution
– Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies
